Justin Iver Remol

Justin I. Remol has built a reputation as a tough litigator. The vast majority of Mr. Remol’s cases involve litigation. He is a trial lawyer who looks forward to the opportunity to plead your case before the court.

Every client has a right to be well-represented in court. The attorney’s job is to realize the client’s goals and then effectively present those goals to the applicable decision-maker for resolution.

Justin Remol is a life-long resident of Destin, Florida, and is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia courts. He graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2004 after obtaining a B.A. from the University of Florida in 1999. He worked as an attorney in the Destin area for 12 years before launching his own practice with his partner (John Reed).

Mr. Remol represents clients in an array of real estate litigation, business litigation, Condominium/Homeowner Association disputes, and other litigation matters. Mr. Remol has first-chair judge and jury trial experience and enjoys taking cases to trial.
