This lawyer, if this Is the one with the association shown in the title , along with what was known as Vacation Select Services (Now merged as Gallagher Law Firm in Destin, Atlanta and Atlantic City) will sell you a song and dance about getting you out of a time share, take your money up front (in my... case it was $8,000.00), hang a carrot in front of your nose for a year or two and then forget you ever existed. Contact will start good and dwindle to nothing until they won't even answer threats about posting bad reviews, serving them with a BBB complaint (don't waste your time, they do Nothing just as Gallagher does) or repeated phone calls. The only thing that stopped was the phone calls from the Vacation people (in my case Wyndham) and I imagine that is because I had to sign over a POA to Gallagher (which they still have).
