Timothy Martin Knopes

Mr. Knopes was my attorney for a criminal matter. Ultimately by his work, the charge was reduced to a lesser offense. He was very prompt and professional in everything he did. If Mr. Knopes said he would be somewhere or do something he was there or did it... There was absolutely no false claims o...f what he could get done in court or with other attorneys because those things don't always go as planned, but he did tell me he would do the absolute best he could, and he did. My schedule isn't always convenient, but Mr. Knopes worked with me on scheduling meetings; even on weekends if needed. Mr. Knopes pulled in folks for depositions, and even brought in a subject matter expert to help defeat the charge by the state. I have no doubt about the commitment and desire Mr. Knopes has for representing me, or other clients, and seeking the best possible outcome in whatever the matter is. I would hope I live my remaining days on earth and never need another attorney for anything, but IF I'm not that fortunate, I'll call Mr. Knopes. Heck, he's even honorable enough to tell people whether he is the right attorney for them. He won't take on a client knowing he isn't the right guy for the job. In terms of communication style... he told me what I needed to do throughout the entire process and told me the truth in clear & concise terms. There is no "sugar-coating" with Mr. Knopes. If you want the truth, Mr. Knopes is the right guy. Now that my case is done, Mr. Knopes is still helping me along the way trying to navigate through what is left of my responsibility to the state. He didn't just throw me out when the charge was reduced. He knows people don't necessarily know the legal system and will help them out. I consider Mr. Knopes to be a great attorney. Mr. Knopes was "awsome". He has handled several legal issues for me over the past 10 years. He has always been upfront with me on all issues. He works hard at finding the truth. He is honest and trustworthy and I can call him anytime, day or night, if I have a problem, concern or question regardi...ng any matter. He has always worked hard at keeping me informed. Most of all, though, anytime I had to go to court he was by my side and well prepared for anything the other side would throw at us. He was unique in his approach to the issues. I used to tease him and call him Perry Mason, but, in fact, it was no joke, I felt like I had Perry Mason working for me. One trait I really enjoyed about Mr. Knopes, was, that "he hates to lose"
