Taking the points in order, I have found Mr. Alvoid to be entirely trustworthy, most evidently proved in areas where answers to certain problems were unsure. Mr. Alvoid has never once given a false sense of security or hope, followed by 'reasons' for things not going as stated. With regard to ...both 'responsive' and 'kept me informed', I would say the following: Regarding both visa Petitions & processes (Green Card is still ongoing), I have opted for the ECO CONTRACT (Electronic Communications Only) option. I have found responses both from the office, and not only that but from Mr, Alvoid personally, particularly prompt. I would add that during a period in which time the Law Firm Offices were flooded, I still continued to receive communication and advice with questions I had. Regarding 'knowledgeable' - very impressed particularly with Mr. Alvoid's personal knowledge of the 'spiders web' of Immigration Law. Having said that, what truly impressed me was Mr. Alvoid's willingness to look into areas that are ambiguous, both with great detail and integrity. I have done a reasonable amount of research personally around immigration law, and was always grateful for Mr. Alvoid's willingness to discuss the more difficult areas and work with me as I tried to learn more about the process involved. So, overall, highly impressed! Anything negative to say....? Well, I was extremely frustrated by the time it took to work through my Temporary Visa (R1), (UK citizen). However, if any responsibility were to be leveled at Richard Alvoid Law Firm, it would be due to the fact that a good deal of time was taken over further researching some very difficult areas before I had to make some key decisions regarding the Petition process. It would have been an 'easy out' to go with what we had, but time given to further research, yes proved frustrating, but ultimately proved essential to the Petition success!

I`ve been working with Mr. Alvoid for more that two years now, and I can`t tell a single bad thing about my experience. Him, his wife Mrs. Zanardi, and staff overall was very helpful. All of my emails were replied to in a timely manner. Whenever I had a question concerning my case, or even unrelated ...to it, Mr. Alvoid was there to assist me. During these two years Mr. Alvoid helped me with applying for work authorization, fingerprints, court orders, etc. etc. I thought that my case was a disaster, until I had a consultation with Mr. Alvoid. I`ve tried to get some legal help before I hired him, but only made it worse and got the decision for my case postponed for almost three years. Once I hired Mr. Alvoid, I could see the results of his work instantly. I have had my interview scheduled right away, received my work permit, and my driver`s license. Mr. Alvoid is very knowledgeable and professional; he will always suggest you only what`s best for you, without trying to rip you off with high fees. Also, the payment plan was very helpful, since I`ve never had the full amount up front. We have successfully won the court, and I was granted political asylum! Thank you!

We were trying to get visa sorted while living in Vietnam. Ran into many obstacles and many people offered a "quick fix" which we became tempted of but refrained. I say if you are working through the process get in touch with Richard and "Just Do It". We could have shaved months maybe even a year or ...so had we started where we finally got results. Everything happened just as we were informed it would. Perhaps we were lucky in some respects...all the dates of expecting the next stage we always hit the earliest predictions. Now...we are living home in Florida with permanent residence status for my wife.

Mr. Alvoid is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and honest about the immigration process. He understood my personal circumstances and talked me through the best way to proceed.
