Acquired her to help me fight my ex in court over bills that he refused to pay. I did all the leg work for her. I had copies and emails that all I had to do was give her. She not only billed me for repetitive services over reviewing my case for no reason, but she sat silent in the court room and did...n’t present the case accordingly. She billed me for so much more than she said it would be so I contacted the Florida Bar about her ill ethics and trying to find a resolution to her underhanded behavior. She wrote me an email shaming me and basically telling me that I was the problem. Once I told her I had reported her to the Florida Bar all communication from her ceased and no future bills ever came again. I received a letter from the Florida Bar outlining the main complaints made about attorneys. The main complaint made is excessive reviewing, which is exactly what she claims she did. When I took a better look at the invoice she gave me and I saw the date at the top, it was a date before I had even hired her. She’s a complete scam artist! A lying used car salesman.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had from any business. None responsive office. Never met or communicated with Attorney Lepp. She never explained process to me. All my questions about subrogation letters, creditors, etc. went unanswered. I would not recommend her or the entire fi...rm.

Ms. Lepp told me everything I wanted to hear so that I would pay her in excess of $35,000.00 ! ! ! She is rude, unresponsive, unknowledgeable, and played on my emotions to sway me into hiring her. I would NOT ever recommend her to anyone. She should be a used car salesperson, she was great at m...arketing herself, but terrible at performing.

I hired Lois to handle a matter for me regarding the Florida Bar. She zealously took my case and did a good job with the actual representation, achieving a favorable result. However, when she took my case, she told me it would be about $10,000. She ended up charging me an astronomical over $20,000.... The case did not require a tremendous amount of work. Yet, she kept billing and billing and billing me. When I felt backed into a corner when the culmination of the process was eminent, she insisted on an additional retainer or she would bail. What a terrible experience! I would not recommend her to anyone and will do everything to I can to make sure other people are not taken to the cleaners by her again.
