Michelle A. Moody

My name is Michelle Moody and I am an attorney at Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon in the real estate and commercial law groups. I received my bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Spanish as well as my Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida. I was the Articles Editor for the Florida Journal of International Law and graduated in the top 10% of my law school's graduating class. I also worked for the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Law Clinic while in law school, assisting juvenile clients with delinquency and dependency issues. I clerked with Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon during the summer between my second and third years at law school, and am very excited to be have joined the Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon attorney family in the commercial and real estate practice groups!
