Following my car accident and after contacting Michles & Booth Firm, I was assigned Attorney Kent Eadler to handle my case. Ever since the first contact, Mr. Eadler has been extremely professional, courteous, understanding of my circumstances, clear in explaining the process and possible outcomes ...of the case, and has followed up consistently throughout the process. When calling a law office, it is expected to speak to the support staff, and that was my expectation during my case. No, not with Mr. Eadler. If he needed to talk to me, he’d be the one calling me directly. If I ever called the office, and he was not available, he would call me directly as quickly as he could. Each time, Mr. Eadler was well prepared on each development, or proposed option. To provide an example, I contacted Mr. Eadler via email, copying Lauren Holley, and Christin Deam (both Mr. Eadler’s assistants) – the email contained attachments and notifications about the case. About four weeks later, Mr. Eadler called me to notify me on the progress in the case. When I referenced the email I sent him four weeks prior, scrolling through the top pages of my forder, he read the email back to me within seconds. Here is a great testimony of not only Mr. Eadler being prepared with previously submitted paperwork, the credit goes also to his assistants. Typically, office staff is behind the scenes, and we, as customers, do not realize who helps an office or a team succeed. I am truly appreciative of Mr. Eadler, his staff as noted above, and adding Stephany and Kailey for a job well done. Further, I want to thank Michles & Booth Firm for providing such professionalism, knowledge, and a “can do” attitude in Mr. Eadler and his team. It meant a lot to me! If I could give Kent a 10 star review I would but 5 star is the max lol. I’m very thankful for what Kent and Cynthia has done in my case. I would have not known to call them if it wasn’t for Dr. Edge and how he cares about his patients well being. That being said I was unsure if I would get any kind... of settlement but Kent thought that I would be able to get a settlement and he reviewed the steps it would take. Kent and Cynthia were both honest about my case and I let them do their great work and Kent stayed in touch with me to update me on my case. Honestly the case didn’t take a long time and I was very happy with the results. Kent and Cynthia are awesome and very professional and treated me with utmost respect and I want to thank them again.
