We hired Tim to file an eviction. From the day we hired Tim to the day we had the keys and our rental house back in our possession was less than 30 days (although it could have been much quicker if Tim didn't have to re-serve my tenant the 3 day notice to pay because of an error I made in my initial... notice to the tenant! Thanks Tim for suggesting we start over and even with starting over, less than 30 days!!!)
