We hired Tim to file an eviction. From the day we hired Tim to the day we had the keys and our rental house back in our possession was less than 30 days (although it could have been much quicker if Tim didn't have to re-serve my tenant the 3 day notice to pay because of an error I made in my initial... notice to the tenant! Thanks Tim for suggesting we start over and even with starting over, less than 30 days!!!) Tim was always quick to respond to my questions, took the time to call me to answer questions and explain the process rather than having emails back and forth. Tim's follow through was perfect, he filed the eviction complaint and all court documents quickly and on the dates he told me they would be filed. Tim handled the filing of the eviction, service on the tenant, the entire court process, including the hearing, without us having to worry about whether we followed the eviction procedures properly.
