Mr. McDaniel and his staff were very courteous, professional, informative, and efficient. We had to go to him after a different lawyer took 2 months to provide drafts for our Wills - and still couldn't get the information correct. Mr. McDaniel's firm was able to complete it in 1 week. He also explained why certain information couldn't be put in the Will, along with how to list itemized things to individuals to be attached to the Will. It relieved much stress caused by the other lawyer. He also explained a lot of the terms not understood. We really do appreciate him.
Attorney was great in notifying me of actions taken and presenting a similar case and reasons I should be satisfied with actions I had already taken. After I paid a retaining fee we agreed that it would be a rough battle but he was willing to go to court. Some time later he decided it would be unethical for him to pursue the civil case since there was a very slight chance, according to him, that I would win. Now I must start over and search for another attorney and dish out more money than planned.

I was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. In 1999, I graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law after earning my degree in Economics from the University of Florida in 1994. I began my legal career as an associate for my father, Robert R. McDaniel, Sr. My practice areas included bankruptcy, debt collections and probate. In an effort to gain litigation experience, I joined the Public Defender's Office in Escambia County in 2000. In 2003, I rejoined my father to form the law firm of McDaniel & McDaniel, P.A. where my practice focused on the areas of representing individuals needing bankruptcy relief, as well as assisting individuals with their estate planning and probate needs. Following the retirement of my father, I created the firm of Robert R. McDaniel, II, P.A., and continue to focus on helping individuals get a fresh start who are encountering financial distress (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy), as well as representing families struggling to deal with the issues of their deceased friends and family (Probate).
The office of Robert R. McDaniel, II, P.A., provides skilled, experienced, and personal client services. I am one of the most experienced Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys in Northwest Florida. "I have known Mr. McDaniel since his youth and followed his entire professional career with great interest. I have worked and consulted with him on many occasions. I have referred clients to him, all who have been very satisfied. I highly recommend Rob, especially in the areas of bankruptcy, probate, landlord/tenant and commercial collection."
