My land use practice encompasses the representation of individuals and businesses in various types of hearings before local governmental agencies and boards (including zoning, variance, code enforcement and special use proceedings); the appeal of adverse decisions rendered by local governmental boards; and the assistance of land developers to obtain a variety of permits from state, federal and local governments.

My practice involves primarily the representation of clients in matters relating to property contamination, environmental litigation and permitting, and wetland permitting and litigation.

My administrative law practice involves appearances before local governmental boards and agencies, appearances on behalf of clients to either initiate or defend administrative proceeding involving state agencies; primarily the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Department of Community Affairs.

My real estate work does involving litigation of property cases, rather than real estate closing or transactional work.
