Biography
As a business attorney and commercial litigator at Clark, Partington, Hart, I concentrate my practice in the areas of creditors' rights, distressed situations, and general insolvency matters. I represent financial institutions and their trading partners in complex litigation, and I appear in bankruptcy cases on behalf of creditors of all shapes and sizes. For nearly a decade, a majority of my practice focused on representing corporate debtors in complex restructuring matters across the state of Florida and across the country. In addition to my corporate debtor practice, I represented trustees in their efforts to put businesses back together, recover assets, and return money to creditors. I have assisted business owners making financial and strategic decisions regarding the sale or purchase of distressed assets in a broad array of asset classes and industries, including marina, airline, hospitality, telecommunication, promotional products, and manufacturing.
