Excellent Bankruptcy Attorneys!

AMY LOGAN SLIVA GETS THE JOB DONE!!!

I hired Amy to represent me in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy after consulting with many other attorneys regarding my complicated situation in which I owed a very large sum of money to the IRS and to the State of Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Even after making payments for several years the amount ne...ver seemed to decrease due to penalties and interest. At the last minute Amy was able to include my wife's debts from her former marriage and divorce. When I say last minute I mean I was ready to sign the papers to file when we presented my wife's situation to Amy and she said we could file jointly so Libby had to redo all of the paperwork. The other attorneys wanted to charge an outrageous amount of money to file a Chapter 13, in fact one attorney quoted me $8,000 to file a Chapter 13 and others said that I didn't qualify to file a Chapter 7 or they refused the case. My wife first made contact with Amy by phone in which she gave her hope. After we met Amy in person we knew that if anyone could get it done it was her. Amy and her staff were always very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and she gave us hope. Filing bankruptcy was not something we wanted to do but Amy reassured us that sometimes people get tied up with financial problems and that they need a fresh start. Amy Logan Sliva Guided Us Through It All

To a couple who are getting up in years, finding their retirement investments have "gone south", trying to continue to work, most of income going to keep from missing payments on unsecured as well as secured debt, a stroke-victim wife with justifiable anxiety due to our precarious situation..... th...at's where we were 6 months ago. Hard- working Amy-

I HAVE IN 2013, completed my Bankrauptcy Case with Amy and her staff. It was A COMPLEX hard fought ACTION- Motions and hearings over the years-CONCLUDING WITH A SCHEDULED HEARING BEFORE THE JUDGE TO SANCTION THOSE IGNORING THE BANKRAUPTCY LAW. Amy won.
