Mr. Ueberschaer is the most considerate, compassionate person my husband and I have spoken with since his accident 03/19/22. Mr, Ueberschaer isn't even our attorney, and he is walking me through an exceedingly difficult situation that my "fired" attorney has left us in. He answers every call or pr...omptly returns our calls, he has given more answers and advice in an estimated months' time than our other attorney has in almost a year. I did not know about Mr. Ueberschaer when we were looking for an attorney, this is very regretful- had we initially hired him I know we would not be in this situation now- and most importantly my husband would be on his way to the best recovery possible- I believe Mr. Ueberschaer would have made sure of this. At first Tom was great. However, the longer you with him he gets tired of your case and withdraws. I tried posting the facts and they decline saying unethical or criminal and want let me post. So I can’t be all the way truthful because they don’t like truth. Just know Ton will withdraw from your case... and leave you hanging. I have the court order where he did so. I trusted Tom that he wasn’t all about money that he cared for his clients. If you want attorney to leave you hanging he is the one.
