All I can say is that until I met Ms Von Hoene I felt that the mortgage company had all the power. My wife and children were scared we were losing the house. I was stressed and took it out on my wife. It was a very bad time. Then my neighbor who was in a similar situation told me about his lawyer. I ...met with Susan and it was the best move I have ever made. She took the time to explain all of my options and we came up with a plan. I do not know why Ms Von Hoene is not rated but for my wife and I she is a 10. Not only did we get to stay in our house, we stopped the foreclosure and had our loan modified to our terms. I cannot speak highly enough of her services. She always returned our calls and more importantly she knew exactly... what to do to stop the bank from foreclosing and to negotiate. My first lawyer told us to file bankruptcy but as you can see that was not necessary. We will always use Ms Von Hoene.
