Elizabeth Milton Simpson

Ms. Simpson was hired to represent me in a civil proceeding. The legal fees were paid in full and the case was filed at the local courthouse. Repeated attempts to contact her for counsel with ongoing problems from the other party have gone unanswered. If this is the kind of action that I receive from her when we go to court, my money was wasted.

My case went into default six months ago and she didn’t even tell me. She told me we was going to win. I called her, texted her, and emailed her daily and she never respond one way or the other. I would also go to her office and she would be in her office but would tell the secretary to tell me she wasn’t there and I know cause I saw her! Don’t wasted your 2,000.00. I wished I had known this before I hired her.
