Don not recommend
We hired Mr. Dever after asking him if he could handle our case which he claimed he could. He claimed he had knowledge of our type of case much to our surprise he used most of our retainer to research how to handle our case. Not good
Would not walk way from case after I fired him. This happened after he filed NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL.He showed up in court and took over the case and the Judge let him and basicly ruined my case.
