DO NOT HIRE him. Nobody ever returns your calls. He took my money lied to me about everything. Over a year into my case I finally got mediation made some what of an agreement only because he told me if I went to court to get custody of my children it would cost me another 20k to do so then he drop...ped me as a client with no reason when we had another mediation to go to in six months. When I asked why he was no longer my attorney or if he was going to represent me still in the mediation he agreed to in the previous one I never got a direct answer and nobody will return any of my questions. I also asked him for a detail print out of where the money I spent went to and am still waiting on that. Save your money and the headache find someone else.

Let me set the record straight. Do not hire Russell Ramey for child custody matters because he does not return phone calls, emails, and is usually not available when needed. He has not assisted me with my child custody issues and my ex still has rights to MY son. I hired him more than three years ago... and he has not helped my case, and my ex husband is still in my son's life. Do not hire this attorney because he is not reliable and overcharges for everything.

I hired him for a custody case. We talked about fees and I made payment in full. 8500.00. He has not returned any of my phone calls or spoke with me since. 1 year ago. I have court this morning that I had to find out about myself. No notifications or nothing. I have photos of him with the codefendant.... He knew the other party and still took my money. Conflict of interest. Undisclosed.
