Michael grabner was dishonest from the get go .I paid up front for him to represent me on a previous case where are my play previous lawyer passed away tony craig. He had no problem picking up the case.I cannot get any other lawyer to take the case.In town, for some odd reason. Considering it was jus...t a child custody battle, Ipaid up front. Grabner took the case and seem to be happy to do so. If I only knew the dishonority in his happiness , I would have never hired him. He likes to take people outside of his office for little walks while he talks to them when it's bad news , apparently . So I signed it out of distress it has been way too long.I said to him, I just want my kids back.I believe he should be barred for this i'm candid not find proper channels to go through to have that happen.I'm finding them now has been years later. And hopefully not too late. Now , here's another conflict of interest that follows the counselor I show up early walking a seat, finally, my children show up along with their mother.She comes in the door the counselor comes out and my ex-wife says, Hey, girl with excitement.\n First time I have ever been there or met this person, but apparently she's friends with her as well. So I tell you how that came out more lies more conflicts. Of interest, but I sit there and take it up the rear once again.Paying a ungodly. You amount of money to see my kids in a 10 / 10 room for several months.\nAs I watched this counselor Plant seeds , of verbal abuse in my children's head let me give you an example i was jumping on the trampoline with my youngest son having fun, he's leg . Mr. Grabner helped me in a time of need. I feel like he did his job very well. His methods and thoughts may not be expressed at ALL times but that is because they are HIS thoughts. He kept me calm, well educated, and hopeful. I now get to be with my children over 50% of the time when I couldn't see t...hem more than once a month. He knows the law very well and I would not hesitate to have him as my lawyer or recommend him anyone else. Very well done and very well prepared to the point where the other lawyer was openly frustrated in court.
