My litigation practice focuses on business and real property litigation including noncompetition agreements, trade secrets, and interference with business relationships.

I assist clients in all aspects of their estate planning from lifetime docs such as durble powers of attorney and health care documents to wills, trusts, and advanced tax planning documents as well as medicaid planning.

I practice in all areas of probate including all forms of administration of estates, will contests, probate litigation and guardianship law.
