This office is the gatekeeper of justice, yet they operate as a shield for attorneys, dismissing legitimate grievances with conclusory logic that defies the provided evidence. My experience, marked by repeated hang-ups, a lack of written correspondence regarding status updates, and a blatant refusal to discuss the actual issues, is a stain on the legal profession’s self-regulatory process.
