Melinda B. Phillips

Melinda Phillips charged me $4000.00 retainer for my divorce. She promised to file paperwork on my behalf to sevure my interests and helpe prove my husband filed bankruptcy maliciously to make me lose my business and rental property. Because I live with someone...2 years and more after my separation ...she explained I would look STUPID in Court trying to make my husband pay half of the marital debt by way of alimony. Long story short I've thrown in the towel because she failed to file paperwork for a hearing that a Judge could have decided who paid what I have carried all the financial burden and the one that lost everything. Do not hire this woman. I am a woman and I have never felt more abused by a person or system.

Melinda Phillips and her staff are unprofessional, you have to stay on them at all times just to get any kind of action done on their part. Melinda produced no results for my case in almost a year. When you try to get in contact with her either her staff doesn't relay the message or she just never ca...lls you back. Melinda Phillips and her law firm are a Joke, Do NOT use them for any case, Invest your money by choosing a good reputable attorney!!!!
