As CEO of a non-proft healthcare IT services organization and as the President of healthcare IT consulting company, I have used Attorney Bill Dillon's services for many years and have always found him to be very knowledgable, responsive, and client oriented. Not only does he give advice but he also educates; a trait not always found. Over the years, his expertise in healthcare and related systems, including electronic health records and health information exchange, has grown tremendously. Bill continues to add value for his clients by involving himself in state legislative affairs and attaining insights into processes and actions that may have an impact upon his clients. His range of knowledge spans the spectrum including advising on employment contracts and practices, privacy and security concerns, billing and compliance audits, and systems contracts and data exchange agreements. I would recommend Bill highly to anyone seeking a hard-working, client-centric, attorney with a solid understanding of the full healthcare arena.

We operate a large not-for-profit health care organization which provides over 100K medical and dental visits per year. In the 25+ years I have been with this company I have seen federal and state regulations increase in both quantity and complexity. We have arrived at a point where we are unlikely to make any significant decision without consulting with Bill Dillon, particularly relating to employee, vendor or payer contracts.
Bill has been our principal attorney for about 12 years. He has reviewed and prepared countess documents for us. His advice is always well researched, timely, professional and right on point. I have recommended him to numerous colleagues, many of whom still thank me whenever they see me.
Anyone looking to retain a Health Care attorney who is competent, honest, dependable and effective would be hard pressed to make a better choice.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
