Erika Leigh Brenneman

I hired Erika Brenneman for a work comp case, I unfortunately had other medical issues not associated with the case which included anxiety that made it very difficult for me to deal with many things. Erika was always patient and there for me, responded immediately to my calls or emails and helped get... me through the frustrating process and get help for my injury that happened at work. Erika and her staff are caring and very committed to their clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney.

I can't say how much Erika Brenneman did for me or what a truly incredible attorney I think she is. I definitely recommend her. My case was a long one, nearly 4 yrs & several surgeries (which included her fighting every day for me) I could've never imagined all that was involved. Physical therapy, ho...me health care, income, the depression, surviving, etc etc.. Thankfully, Ms Brenneman was always a step ahead, I definitely couldn't have done it on my own. (My 1st attorney wouldn't return calls or emails for days, I never once had to wait for a response from her), She came highly recommended to me by an attorney who knew her skills, reputation, knowledge, & determination 1st hand, because he was actually on the opposing side of things. (That alone spoke volumes to me) I couldn't begin to express in this short review my appreciation & admiration of her. Trust me, she will take care of you, yoyr needs & your best interest.

I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Erika is a phenomenal attorney. She gives 110% of herself to her clients. She has been handling my worker's comp case for approximately 10 years. She has had my back and fought for my rights more times than I can count. She is very knowledgeable of the ...law and explains it to me so that I am able to understand it. Any time I have contacted her or her office staff I have received a response in a very timely manner. Through the years of working with her she has become more than just my attorney, I now am blessed to call her my friend as well. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney. She will lead and guide you through the entire legal process and have you're back the whole time.

Unlike most attorneys, Erika allowed me to control my case. From time to time, she would say, "It's your case. Tell me what you want to happen" and then made it happen. She never took it upon herself to make a move without my consent. Erika's passionate about the law, an attentive listener, has ...a great memory, and returned my calls and emails in a timely fashion. She can be blunt and to the point. If you have a sensitive personality, you may get offended when this occurs. No worries, it's not personal. It's just Erika's way of reacting to something idiotic that the opposition did or attempted to do. When it came to the courtroom, she was ultra prepared, extremely well spoken and, when push came to shove, she verbally leveled the opposition with brilliance. In closing, I was pleased with the outcome of my case. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

I hired her to handle my workers Comp claim after she solicited me thru the mail. She made all sorts of promises none of which turned out to be true. She also was very slow to return my calls and is very unprofessional and unreliable! I would definitely not recommend her nor endorse her! I fired her ...and then she threatened to sue me if I didn't pay her! After I got a decent settlement thru my current Atty I had to pay her over $2000 and she did nothing to earn it. Instead of just letting it go and doing the ethical think she reamed me!
