There are not enough words to describe how exceptional Bryan Hesser and the law firm of Matt Liebenhaut are. After 47 years of marriage, my mother wanted a divorce. My husband and I hired our attorney as we thought since there were no children from the marriage, a fair and equitable division of the... properties and monies could be handled with no problem. 'WRONG! HOW NAIVE!" Before we could "catch our breath" his daughter from a prior marriage had him declared "incapacitated" and her as power of attorney.
