I recently finished a highly contested, complicated divorce, where children and money were involved. I was represented by Attorney Bryan Hesser throughout the process. My opinion of Attorney Hesser is as follows: he is an impeccable professional who promptly, meticulously and thoughtfully responds t...o all of his clients’ thoughts and concerns, who constantly thinks ahead to the next strategic steps involved, and who has the confidence and mastery of work to handle any level of divorce difficulty. In the end, I got to keep my kids according to the time sharing plan I had asked for and I received an alimony judgement which I thought was quite reasonable. I credit Attorney Hesser in coming up with persuasive arguments for both of these outcomes. In particular, the alimony argument was solely his. I give my absolute highest possible recommendation to Attorney Bryan Hesser. Despite this being a difficult period in my life I will always have fond memories of him.

There are not enough words to describe how exceptional Bryan Hesser and the law firm of Matt Liebenhaut are. After 47 years of marriage, my mother wanted a divorce. My husband and I hired our attorney as we thought since there were no children from the marriage, a fair and equitable division of the... properties and monies could be handled with no problem. 'WRONG! HOW NAIVE!" Before we could "catch our breath" his daughter from a prior marriage had him declared "incapacitated" and her as power of attorney. Total acrimony ensued as their idea of equitable was that mother gets "nothing" and a rotation of three different law firms with no mediation in sight. Our attorney withdrew due to illness. Imagine my mother's distress as she had to listen to the falsities presented. Bryan was masterful in his cross-examination, punching holes in their testimony. The RESULT: Judge ruled they had to honor mediation agreement. Like I originally stated, not enough words to describe how terrific Bryan Hesser and the Law Firm of Matt Liebenhaut are.
