There are not enough words to describe how exceptional Bryan Hesser and the law firm of Matt Liebenhaut are. After 47 years of marriage, my mother wanted a divorce. My husband and I hired our attorney as we thought since there were no children from the marriage, a fair and equitable division of the... properties and monies could be handled with no problem. 'WRONG! HOW NAIVE!" Before we could "catch our breath" his daughter from a prior marriage had him declared "incapacitated" and her as power of attorney. Bryan secured a mediation date and both parties signed an agreement. However, the opposing party reneged and wanted us to accept lower monies. Off to court we went. Imagine my mother's distress as she had to listen to the falsities presented. Bryan was masterful in his cross-examination, punching holes in their testimony. The RESULT: Judge ruled they had to honor mediation agreement. Like I originally stated, not enough words to describe how terrific Bryan Hesser and the Law Firm of Matt Liebenhaut are.
