Ashley Dianne Hall

I hired Ashley at Fournier law based on two things: The need for a business valuation of a small family-owned business. And the need for a correct calculation of marital equity in my nonmarital home. I was told Ashly could handle both. She did not handle either correctly. The week before mediatio...n, I paid another attorney to thoroughly review my stuff (who verified Ashley's calculation of marital equity was nearly $100K OFF). THAT attorney prepared me better for mediation than Ashley. If I had relied solely on Ashley, I would have been screwed over in mediation big time. I also just received a bill from the court for the final filing fee the law firm neglected to pay 4 months ago. Only $10.50...but still, it should have been paid at the time of final filing of paperwork. I have a friend who needs a lawyer to help with marital equity in a nonmarital home. I recommended the other lawyer who helped me (whom I am not allowed to name here, but I had the other lawyer on retainer in case I was unable to settle at mediation. I KNEW I was not moving forward with Ashley - nor will I ever recommend her).
