Justin Givens

Justin Givens is a founding partner of Anderson & Givens P.A. Justin graduated from Florida State University in 2003 with a major in Political Science and a minor in International Relations. After completing his undergraduate degree, Justin then attended law school at Nova Southeastern University. While attending Nova, Justin participated in the Environmental Law Clinic where he worked with the Everglades Law Center on various land use disputes over wetlands and environmentally protected areas.

Justin graduated from Nova in 2007 and returned home to Tallahassee. He immediately began working for the Public Defender’s Office and became the sole attorney handling all misdemeanor cases for Wakulla County. After spending a year with the Public Defender’s office Justin joined The Sharpe Law Firm as an associate attorney. Justin spent the next year handling all types of criminal law cases from initial intake through trial. During this time, Justin was also assigned the task of developing the firm’s Family Law area of practice which he effectively built from scratch.

After leaving The Sharpe Law Firm, Justin formed The Law Office of Justin Givens P.A. in 2010. As a solo practitioner with a general focus, Justin handled all aspects of legal cases not only in Criminal Defense and Family Law, but also in the areas of Foreclosure Defense, Personal Injury, Probate and Estate Planning, as well as Civil Litigation.

After five years of solo practice, Justin teamed up with his current partner Jeremy Anderson to form the law firm of Anderson & Givens Law, P.A. With a heavy focus in the areas of Condominium and Homeowners Association representation, Justin and Jeremy have developed a state wide practice representing associations all over the Florida Gulf Coast with expansion near constant.
