Harold Richard Bisbee

I  have practiced law for over 41 years, during which I have represented clients, individuals, or businesses, who required competent and practical legal advice on issues-large or small--over a wide range of subjects. I also have enjoyed the privilege of practicing law both in the private and public sectors. Hence, I understand in the private sector the practical day-to-day legal problems of businesses. As Deputy General Counsel for Florida's primary financial industry regulator-the Dept. of Banking and Finance--I understand the mindset of licensing regulators when reviewing a pending license application or deciding whether to penalize a licensee. I have litigated, when necessary, a substantial number of civil and administrative law cases, representing plaintiffs or defendants both as a government attorney and private sector lawyer. In sum, my experience has allowed me to become a  well-rounded, diligent, and competent advocate for clients who need thoughtful but, when necessary, aggressive legal representation.
