I reached out to the Law Offices of Craig J Brown because I was being investigated for a sexual battery I did not commit. Mr. Brown immediately took my phone call and discussed the events and case with me. He was constantly in communication with me and with the investigator who was investigating the ...case. Ultimately, no probable cause was found. However, shortly after I also had to hire him for a sexual battery injunction that the alleged victim was trying to put in place. Mr. Brown and his assistant Thalia worked tirelessly to ensure that the injunction hearing would go in my favor. They contacted several law enforcement officers to have them testify on my behalf and did everything they were supposed to do in a timely manner, such as sending out subpoenas and contacting them in time. They also kept me in constant communication throughout the entire time and would pick up calls at all hours of the day. They conducted research on my behalf, that ultimately helped me beat the injunction. This injunction could have been placed, despite no probable cause being found in the criminal case, and yet my case and the injunction were both dismissed thanks to them. Had this injunction been placed I could have lost my job and had to find a new career. I highly recommend this law firm. They truly advocated for me every step of the way. I was really treated like one of their own relatives. I could not thank them enough.

Mr. Brown was my attorney on multiple cases in Tallahassee (Leon County). The first one was for four counts of armed robbery. Mr. Brown and me took this case to trial and he got me a NOT GUILTY verdict on all counts. The second case was for attempted first degree murder, burglary, aggravated battery ...with firearm, possession of firearm by convicted felon. Mr. Brown was able to get my attempted murder charge dismissed and my aggravated battery counts dismissed and I pled to credit time served. My third case, was a possession of firearm by convicted felon. Mr. Brown got me time served and 2 years probation. I did not have to go to prison. Last case was battery by inmate, and he got me time served as well. Mr. Brown was always attentive and made sure to always talk to me about my case and kept my family up to date. His staff is very personable and were always very nice. Mr. Brown and his assistant thalia, answered my questions no matter what time I called. they would answer phone on weekends and holidays and that showed me they really cared about my case, and I was not just another client. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. Thalia was very knowledgeable on the criminal justice system and the law. MR. BROWN IS THE BEST ATTORNEY. Mr Brown does not care about what’s best for his clients. He failed to keep me updated on my case, made harmful decisions without my consent and did irreparable damage to my criminal case, which may result in jail time for an innocent person. Mr Brown pushes inordinate plea deals on innocent people a...nd gets rude should you disagree and then goes ahead and ruins your case without even consulting his clients. He failed to show any discovery or evidence in my case and ignored my requests for information. The only way I knew he did damage to my case was by checking public records, not from any communication by Mr Brown. Further, he’ll claim he’s met you and spoken to you on multiple occasions when he hasn’t. I had one handshake meeting with this attorney, he pawned me off in meetings to his legal assistant and never spoke to me in person besides introducing himself. If you need a competent attorney who communicates with you and legitimately cares about you and the outcome, go elsewhere. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Bar based on mr browns lack of professionalism (he’s very rude and implies his clients are stupid), lack of communication and malicious acts to destroy his clients cases.
