Scott Smiley is a disgrace to this Country, this City, and this law firm, he is knowingly allowing My wife to lie to Him and he is putting his career on the line as he is knowingly lieing to the Judge and the court system to discriminate against Me simply because I am a Marine Corps Combat Veteran an...d he is knowingly allowing My wife to manipulate him into trying to alienate Me from My Son by making all these false allegations against Me simply because I told My wife Elaine Michelle Wilbur that I would never give up My rights as a Father ever and I am always going to do what is right by My Son and I will never sign over My parental rights to My Son, because a Son needs there Father in there life fulltime because that way they will have a strong positive relationship with there Father which is very important and they also need there Father as a positive role model to emulate, and the fact that Scott Smiley is commiting parental ALIENATON by listening to Elaine Michelle Wilbur and her lies is despicable, disgusting and just plain wrong for anyone to do based entirely on lies and FABRICATED stories by a disgusting woman like her, and the fact that Scott Smiley is supposed to be an experienced family law attorney and yet he can't even begin to tell that he is being lied to brings his whole credibility in question and makes Me wonder where is he getting his information from? Because typically an attorney will sit down with the client and write down all the information regarding the circumstances surrounding the person or events in question, now if Scott Smiley is so experienced then he should be able to read between the lines and tell by her body language that every single thing that comes out of her mouth is a lie and furthermore the fact that she is trying to use My Honorable Discharge that I earned from the United States Marine Corps against Me is so outlandish and so very disrespectful to a Proud Combat Veteran of Iraq like Myself Who Proudly fought for this Great Nation of Ours and has and continues to sacrifice so much to ensure that My Family is taken care of, I am a Marine and a Man of Honor, all of these accusations are without merit, Scott Smiley is putting his career in jeopardy by engaging in this witch-hunt, just ask elaine Michelle Wilburs previous attorney Kathleen Bogenshultz, she fired Elaine Michelle Wilbur because she is being investigated by the Florida Bar Association for misconduct by filing paperwork with the court system that is entirely false and Kathleen Bogenshultz knew this and continued to misrepresent herself based on Elaine Michelle Wilburs LIES and trying to smear the reputation of an amazing Father and a Faithful United States Marine, Semper Fidelis.
