Adam Robert Cowhey

Mr. Cowhey was a pleasure to work with. he was very up front and honest from day one. He never set me up for false expectations and was very transparent. He told me from day one what to expect and was nearly spot on to my result. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Cowhey to anyone going through a child... custody battle.

I chose Adam to represent me. He filed one motion that I requested. I never heard from him again unless I contacted him at which times he always seemed apathetic. He never attempted to interview me and was totally uninterested in my side of the story nor was he interested in any of the evidence that ...I had volumes of. He might have been surprised if he had only looked into my side of the case despite what he knew about the other side. He appeared aloof and uninterested. I just forfeited and walked away.

i hired adam for divorce attorneys in tallahssee. did not have the best experience. explanations were long in coming; there never appeared to be a process. he filed a couple of motions, but court dates were never set. he never explained why he could not pursue the motions, only charged money ev...ery time i spoke to him to try and understand why? at our only court appearance, he was totally absent from the situation.

This attorney turned out to be totally uncaring, and not apathetic. He did absolutely nothing for me as a client. Hire this attorney if you want someone who will stir things up with the o...pposing attorney. Adam collaborated on a regular basis with my ex's attorney. Together they tried their best to drag the divorce into court. The situation went on and on for months until my ex and I finally conversed and figured out what the attorneys were doing. We were so angry at each other - we both believed that the other was filing motions against each other when in fact it was the attorneys playing their little attorney games. When we finally talked and I figured out what was happening, I finally confronted Adam and told him that he had better not file one more document without my approval. Hire Adam Cowhey if you want to pay for filing unnecessary motions. Hire Adam Cowhey if you want your divorce to drag on and on and be more painful than it already has to be. Hire this attorney if you want someone who won't listen to your case or try to help you. Hire Adam Cowhey if you want to pay additional thousands to mediators to do what Adam could have done himself. In the end, after spending thousands of dollars and months of needless stress and anxiety, my ex and I finalized our divorce with basically the exact agreement that we had decided on between ourselves in the beginning. It is terrifying for me to imagine what a disaster this divorce would have been were children involved. Do not hire this attorney, especially if you have children
