Madonna M Finney

MADONNA M. FINNEY is a Board Certified Adoption Attorney and a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. She serves as the Vice President of the Florida Adoption Council and is a Past President of the Florida Association of Adoption Lawyers. Ms. Finney is a former Assistant General Council to the then, State of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services. She is a founder of COSHARE, INC., a non- profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies and equipment to children in developing countries. In 1995, the Florida Supreme Court and Governor recognized her for outstanding Pro Bono service to the Court for her representation of abused, abandoned and neglected children. In 2008, the Florida Adoption Council awarded her their highest honor, the Adoption Star Award. Ms. Finney graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1987, and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1988. She has two daughters. She is admitted to the Federal Bar of the Middle District of Florida, and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.
