Shannon L Novey

Ms. Novey is a 1999 graduate of the Florida State University College of Law. Prior to joining Novey Law, she was an Assistant Chief Counsel with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, representing the agency's interests in corporate reorganizations under chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code and in ERISA litigation. Ms. Novey has also represented clients' interests in administrative litigation before the State of Florida, Division of Administrative Hearings. Since joining Novey Law, she has applied her expertise in complex corporate financial and regulatory transactions to individuals' interests in the practice of family law. Ms. Novey is board certified by the Florida Bar in marital and family law.
