1.I was a drug addict and I was homeless I had picked up 3 charges all of them felonies. There was a warrant out for my arrest so I just went to the jail and turned myself in. 2.The next day the Public Defender Office came out to the jail to see me they made me an offer. They offered me 5 years in ...DOC and 2 years of probation. 3.I realize that I was in big trouble and needed to find a good attorney. 4. The prosecution office offered me 6 months in Rehab. no jail time, 2 years probation, to pay restitution and they would drop one charge. 15.
