I had a local bank sue me for putting a sign on my own property, claiming that I had thereby obstructed an easement they had over the property. A local judge ruled for the bank. I consulted Fred about an appeal. After reviewing the file he encouraged me to proceed. The appeal was successful. Fre...d has also represented Northwood Station,Inc., a shopping center in Tallahassee of which I am the President, since it's creation in 1990.
