Carolyn S. Zisser – the founder and senior attorney, has been licensed since 1972, and has maintained her office in Neptune Beach, Florida (a beach community in Jacksonville, Florida) since 1975. She has over 36 years of experience exclusively in marital and family law. Ms. Zisser graduated with honors from the National Law Center, George Washington University in June 1972 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in October 1972. After three years with The Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and a general trial practice, and handling complex Federal Court cases, she opened her private practice and has focused exclusively on marital and family law ever since. Carolyn S. Zisser P.A., was the first law firm at the Beaches in Jacksonville dedicated solely to marital and family law.

Ms. Zisser has achieved the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating through Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest peer review rating awarded for ethical standards and legal ability. Fewer than five percent of all law firms qualify for this rating. She has also been selected as one of Florida’s Super Lawyers since 2007.

Will take you for a financial ride!

Carolyn will gain your trust and confidence in her as will her office staff. However be ware! I like to compare her to the people in the movie Devils Advocate. I went to her for a uncontested divorce of which should have been a rather easy and quick resolution. This drug on for months almost to eight... months until my funds had been depleted. After Zimmer had depleted almost twenty thousand dollars of mine she then oh so kindly advised me oh how I should go about getting her more money. I finally wised up and dropped her. I then went to a new divorce attorney that only cost less then five thousand dollars to fully have my divorce completed. Zisser would have you believe that it only cost me five thousand dollars to complete my divorce because she had done all of the hard work. Lol simply NOT true. Beware and do your research! I hope this helps someone that maybe considering Carolyn Zisser

It doesn't appear that you have ever addressed these concerns directly with myself or any member of my firm since I cannot place you as a client of mine without further information. Nevertheless, I'm sure that we could work this out if you will contact me. Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate how even a seemingly simple case will unfold nor can we ensure that the results will always be exactly what the client wants.
