Biography
Howard has been practicing law in the Jacksonville, St. Johns, Clay area since 1993. Prior to his legal career, he was a newspaper reporter and magazine writer for several publications in Florida. Howard still enjoys a good debate on current events, politics, and sports with anyone good-natured enough not to take it too seriously. He firmly believes that every situation in life can be reduced to a sports analogy, and tries to have a decent sense of humor.
Howard is a member of the Florida Bar Association, and the Real Estate, Probate, Trust Law and Estate Planning Section. He is also a licensed Realtor and member of the Florida Realtors and Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Additionally, he is a licensed Life Insurance agent for Primerica.
Howard has been married for 25 years and has raised two sons. He is a member of Celebrations Church in Jacksonville. Howard enjoys all sports, and tennis and golf in particular, and coaching youth sports.
