Mathew received his Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2016 where he graduated 2nd in his class with honors. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Jacksonville Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
