Adam Frederick Regar

Adam Regar is a respected personal injury attorney at Harrell & Harrell, P.A., where he is known for his ability to support clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Adam brings a depth of legal experience to his practice, helping individuals navigate complex cases with confidence and clarity.

A fourth-generation Floridian, Adam was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree in Social Science from Flagler College in St. Augustine, where he also spent a semester studying abroad in Quito, Ecuador. Before entering the legal profession, Adam began his career in education, teaching elementary school Spanish and coaching high school swimming in California; these experiences helped shape his patient and people-centered approach to law.

Adam went on to earn his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2005. He began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Office of the State Attorney for Florida's Fourth Judicial Circuit, where he worked alongside federal and state agencies, including the United States Secret Service, the United States Postal Service, and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. During his time as a prosecutor, he tried more than 20 jury trials to verdict.

In 2008, Adam transitioned into private practice, focusing on federal civil rights litigation and sweepstakes law. He later served as in-house counsel for a national insurance company, providing legal counsel on a range of matters. Adam is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In 2017, he joined Harrell & Harrell, where he now uses his deep understanding of both plaintiff and defense perspectives to effectively represent clients seeking justice.

Outside the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, while staying active in the Jacksonville community.
