Zachary Bell

My name is Zachary Bell, I am a foreclosure attorney with the Ameritrust Law Group based out of Jacksonville, Florida. I recently moved  to Jacksonville from Naples, Florida to start my career; and I've had an excellent experience so far with both the city and the people. Ameritrust is an excellent place to work, and I truely feel that we are making a positive difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

My legal career has thus far been brief, but I am constantly striving to better myself both as an attorney and as a human being. I earned my J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Prior to graduating from Stetson, I interned with a number of law firms including Legal Aid Service of Collier County (where I focused on foreclosure defense and employment law) and Naples Community Hospital's in-house counsel (where I focused on tort, labor, and contract law).

I am passionate about a number of areas of the law, including foreclosure defense, civil rights law, and environmental law.  I think that the legal system can be an incredibly powerful force for good in society, if its arbiters are willing to act accordingly. My greatest desire is to contribute in some humble but meaningful manner to that ideal.
