On September 14, I signed an agreement with Ms. Eilert to represent me in court, paying her, at her request, an advance of $2,500. More than 3 weeks after signing the contract, she did not find time or did not want to find time to meet with me and give me the opportunity to acquaint her with the fact...s and materials of my case and develop a strategic plan of action. Ms. Eilert, at first neglecting her direct obligations under the contract and wasting time preparing and familiarizing herself with the materials and facts available in the case, stepped aside from the case. Then, having appeared in court on 10/05/2022, and to the judge’s question about the reason for dismissing the case, she did not hesitate to lie to the judge, pursuing her personal interests and covering up her guilt for negligence in my case, she answered: “lack of facts of the prosecution”, about the presence of which I have repeatedly spoken and wanted to acquaint her! With her unprofessional behavior, Mrs. Eilert caused great damage to a very important matter for me, on which the safety of my life and the life of my family depended! And also a professional statement in court about the absence of facts of the accusation against the defendant, which is a lie, reduced my chances of winning to zero! P.S. And also, despite the fact that Mrs. Eilert not only failed to fulfill her obligations under the contract, but also caused major damage, and not only did not return the money given to her in advance for conscientious work, it seems that she is not and is not going to return it!
