Biography
I have been working in the area of family law for over 20 years. I was a paralegal for four years prior to going to lawschool. While attending Florida Coastal School of Law, I came to work for the firm formerly known as Zisser, Brown, Nowlis & Maciejewski as a lawclerk, writing appeals and doing research. While I do have knowledge of other areas of law, Family Law is my favorite area of law and has been my focus since I was sworn in to the Florida Bar in 2005.

Even though you posted anonymously, I know exactly who you are because of the facts you shared and because of your behavior during the time I represented you. My recollection of the events does not match yours. I did my best to help you after you had been through other attorneys who also disappointed you. The result in your case was very fair to you. I am very up front with all of my clients regarding the law and you were very well prepared for mediation. Attorneys bill for their time. You were billed fairly for the time spent on your case. Some people cannot be pleased and have issues that attorneys can't resolve. Still we try to do our best to help people through difficult situations. It has been several months since your case has been closed. I hope you will get past your bad feelings and move on to a happier phase of your life.
