I handle the probate of estates throughout northeast Florida, helping the personal representative complete all required paperwork and representing the personal representative in court if necessary to contest claims.

I help people resolve disputes over estates, trusts, guardianship and probate matters. We handle will contests, beneficiary disputes, removal of trustees or personal representatives (executor), removal of guardians, and disputes over estate assets.

I handle all facets of estate planning,providing counselling for revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and living wills. We also plan for clients with "special needs" issues.

I draft revocable and irrevocable trusts for clients and also assist clients in administering trust estates.
