I was under an extremely tight time constraint in getting my mother's legal documents completed, as I am visiting from out of town. I was able to get an appointment with Carla in two days time. She and Debbie came to the nursing facility where Mom is located and very patiently explained each aspect ...of each form so that we could all understand it. She was an answer to prayer!
