Mrs. Johnson handled a Landlord/Tenant dispute for my family and handled it very well. From the beginning, she began researching statues regarding leases/security deposits and landlord responsibilities. The trial was lengthy with several extensions and meditations, but she stayed on top of things and... communicated well. In court she was fierce and her fire power was too much for the other lawyer to handle. She presented and argued our case well and because of her we recovered over 3k from a shady rental agency who unlawfully tried to keep our security deposit. It is my pleasure to write this review for Alyscha Johnson. A former landlord decided they would unjustly keep our security deposit. Alyscha showed an immediate awareness and enthusiasm for our situation. She took a personal interest in our problem and devised a plan to solve it. Her professional dem...eanor and knowledge of the law gave me complete confidence to pursue my case. And, thanks to her I won my lawsuit!! She attentively listens, address concerns, and kept my best interest at hand the entire time.

Ms. Johnson initially seemed very knowledgeable (to someone who doesn't know the law), but as the case unfolded her inexperience was exposed. Ms. Johnson was hired to handle a simple divorce proceeding. I will admit the other party was difficult, but didn't have a legal basis for their argument. M...s. Johnson wasn't well versed in the law either. She didn't understand the legal process. During one of the hearings, the judge had to walk Ms. Johnson through the steps to correct an error on the case. Court orders submitted by Ms. Johnson contained NUMEROUS grammatical errors and lacked pertinent information. Ms. Johnson became non-responsive and failed to meet deadlines that she set. I had to hire another attorney to clean up the mess Ms. Johnson made. I would not recommend Ms. Johnson to handle any kind of legal matter, especially family law matters as children are usually involved and having sound legal advise is essential. I do however, recommend that Ms. Johnson apply for a job under an experienced attorney and gain some work experience. Ms. Johnson was recommended, but I should have taken notice to the time it took Ms. Johnson to pass the bar after graduation and the fee she charged. While Ms. Johnson's services were reasonably priced, her poor representation cost me in the long run.
