Best Attorney

Thank you to Adam and his office. They did a tremendous job with a very difficult probate case. They stayed on top of everything and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely work with Adam and his office again. Thanks again

Mr. Dugan KNOWS probate!

What a pleasure to have had Mr Dugan handle our very complicated probate. After interviewing multiple probate lawyers we were referred to and decided upon Mr. Dugan. So glad for the referral. Mr Dugan was VERY knowledgeable and fair. I enjoyed speaking to him on numerous occasions... an attorney with... a sense of humor... WHAT?! I highly recommend his firm for any work and will recommend him to anyone seeking help in his field. Thank you Mr. Dugan for your time and your efforts in making this process as easy as it could have been.

Thorough and Personable

Adam is very knowledgeable regarding estate law, also very thorough when handling a case. He's personable, and very good at explaining the "legaleze" when working on your case. He handled my father's estate as well as setting up a trust for my husband and me.

Excellent!

I highly recommend Adam Dugan for estate probate planning! At the last minute before an estate closing, I found out we needed our mother’s estate probated within 30 days and he did just that. He was professional, efficient, prompt and curious; he handled my account with expertise far beyond my expect...ations.

Adam was a pleasure to work with. What seemed like daunting tasks turned into a smooth process with Adam's help.
