I initially emailed Mrs. Perez in the late afternoon on a Saturday, not expecting to hear back from her until Monday (i.e., a weekday). I was pleasantly surprised to recieve a response the very next morning (i.e., Sunday morning). She never took longer than 12 hours to respond to any of my emails. ... She was always available to discuss my case--Even at 9:30pm on a Friday evening! I was truly blown away by her professionalism and comittment to relaying to me prompt and detailed information regarding my case. I would utilize her again in the future and I would recommend her to a cherished friend or family member without reservation.

I cannot recommend Ms. Perez enough. She represented me through a very difficult period in my life - through a divorce and then bankruptcy. She always kept me informed of everything going on in my cases and I never felt like a number. She is very hands-on and made sure all my questions were answered.... She truly cares and I appreciated that.
