We had an extremely complicated child custody case with another attorney at the firm. I was coming from another state, and my ex, the mother of my child was in prison. We had to start from scratch as my name wasn’t on the birth certificate and there had been no DNA testing. My ex was extremely uncoop...erative and after two failed mediation’s, our case went to trial. At this point in time, our attorney quit the firm on us, with no warning. Tom reviewed our case and picked it up before trial- and he was very quick to learn the specifics and complications of our case. Tom and Jill answered all our questions and explained things in detail. Very good communication and a high level of professionalism. He was supportive and optimistic during breaks and kept the air light as to not panic me and I even saw him shake the opposing councils hand after trail and commend them for a job well done in court.
